JA Cookie Swap

It is hard to believe it is almost time for Christmas! For the past two years we have kicked off the Christmas season with Meredith's annual JA Cookie Swap. This year was no different. She loves this because they get to make crafts, decorate cookies, write a letter to Santa, and get a personal visit from Santa. Each girl gets to sit on Santa's lap and tell him what they want for Christmas. This year instead of cookies I decided to make Christmas tree brownies. They turned out really cute. Once it was time to leave each girl got their annual Christmas CD with some rockin' Christmas tunes on it. We love this tradition and it a great mother & daughter activity to do together. :)

When each girl arrived they got a pair of antlers
And this smile is before all the sugar!
Pondering how she is going to decorate her cookies :)
Every good cook must taste their creation right?
So proud of her cookies!
